OUR ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING POLICY

We are fully committed toward ensuring that the integrity, trust and confidence the public has in the insurance system are maintained and the system is not utilised as a platform to legitimise proceeds obtained from any money laundering activities.

In line with the above, the management shall be constantly vigilant to deter criminals from making use of the insurance system for laundering ill-gotten money.

OUR ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

We are fully committed toward ensuring the integrity, trust and confidence the public has in the insurance system are not undermined by fraud. We shall put in place proactive fraud preventive measures and maintain a legal and ethical climate which encourages all stakeholders to protect the Company’s assets and raise any suspicion of fraud. We have zero tolerance for fraud and all detected fraud will be fully investigated. We will work closely with the relevant law enforcement authorities to ensure that justice is served and measures are taken to recover as well as to minimise losses.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We are fully committed toward ensuring the safety and security of the usage of clients’ information. Our Privacy Policy requires all employees to follow proper and secure procedures in the handling and retention of customers’ and associates’ information and records, take appropriate measures to ensure the accuracy of information. We ensure handling of information must comply with the Company’s procedures and customer preference.
